South Holyoke Homes is the culmination of decades of community advocacy to build housing on vacant municipal lots around Carlos Vega Park, in the South Holyoke neighborhood of Holyoke, Massachusetts.
Holyoke Housing Authority (HHA) is proud to serve as developer the South Holyoke Homes, an affordable rental and homeownership project in South Holyoke. Phase 1 was completed in 2023 and Phase 2 consists of 20 new duplex homes around Carlos Vega Park currently for sale.
The primary objectives Urban Renewal Plan include:
